FC410S-Flow

The FC410S series flow controllers are designed to measure mass and energy of the saturated steam
and superheated steam with temperature and pressure input. Both specific weight and enthalpy are
calculated by using the 1967 IFC Steam Tables. It is necessary to use both temperature and pressure
when measuring superheated steam, but there is no need to use both when measuring saturated
steam because temperature is corresponding pressure on the saturated line.
